Mr. Paul Savy is a highly accomplished IT security leader with 15+ years of specialized experience in driving strategic IT and cybersecurity initiatives, safeguarding organizations from evolving cyber threats. Notably, he has progressed through his career, starting as a technician, which has provided him with a deep understanding of the practical technical requirements of IT and cybersecurity. His academic foundation, coupled with extensive practical experience, equips him with a unique ability to bridge the gap between management and technical demands, enabling him to design and implement robust IT infrastructure, effectively manage cross-functional teams, and cultivate a strong culture of cybersecurity awareness

Mr. Paul Savy possesses extensive experience, currently serving as Chairman of the Seychelles National Cybersecurity Coordination Committee, and leads efforts to enhance the national cybersecurity posture, facilitates interagency collaboration, provides policy guidance to the government, and represents Seychelles internationally, alongside his participation in the Commonwealth Africa Cyber Fellowship to strengthen regional cyber resilience; he also holds the position of Director of Information Technology and Cyber Security at a Law Enforcement Agency, where he develops and executes IT and cybersecurity strategies, manages infrastructure, leads teams, and ensures compliance, following a prior role as IT Manager at Seychelles Post/FTC Seychelles, delivering successful IT projects and managing budgets, and earlier experience as an IT Analyst/Support at French Connection UK, providing support across multiple locations.
