Maria Vielle is the Head of Debt Collection and Recovery with 20+ years of experience in the debt collection field.  A proactive individual who has developed several methods for inspiring collection personnel to reduce delinquency and negotiate on loan repayments.  Adept at multitasking to ensure maximum productivity, specialize in working in an often-stressful environment and motivating staff for career development.

In ensuring compliance to all regulations for collection procedures, Ms. Vielle’s strong communication and negation skills, dedicated to recoveries of default credits has been invaluable to the Bank.

Maria holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration,  from the University of the West of Scotland, completed the eLearning course in Green and Sustainable Finance and participated in executive leadership programs.
