Mr. Jean Alain Payet

Jean-Alain Payet is a dynamic, ambitious, and driven man with a passion for new technologies that facilitate innovation and development, and has an unwavering desire to learn more about how these new technological advancements can facilitate the lives of people and businesses. His career has been centered primarily around the Management of Information Systems, with further enhancements to his repertoire with skills and knowledge in the form of Cyber Security and Project Management.

Mr. Payet’s deep understanding of the nature of information systems and the impact it has on how efficiently a business functions and consumer behaviour has been invaluable to the Bank in identifying key gaps in the Bank’s infrastructure, finding solutions to problem areas and for implementing significant improvements to the overall business infrastructure to enhance customer and staff experiences. He also heads the newly created Information Systems Department and oversees his small team as they aim to provide stability and security to the Bank during this cyber age.

Jean-Alain Payet holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Management and has been accredited with globally recognised industry certification such as PRINCE2 Project Management as well as Information Technology Information Library (ITIL).  Mr. Payet has also completed and passed online Cyber Security training programs, the highlight being the Certified Information Systems Security Professional by International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2.
