Audrey Francis

Audrey Francis is a strategic, meticulous, conceptual, and forward-thinking person with progressive leadership experience within top-tier businesses namely in the financial and non-financial sector in Seychelles. With her passion for internal control and risk management, her career has been centered mainly in the risk and compliance departments and at different management levels, going up to being the CEO of Seychelles’ biggest Bureau De Change.

As a leader, Mrs. Francis’ ability to absorb pressure, deliver quality work under tight deadlines and cascading clear strategic and tactical objectives to the team have all been demonstrated throughout her career by the years of progression in her responsible experience and proven track record in mainly: administration, finance, compliance, Internal audit and Risk Management. She now heads the Compliance and Risk department and oversees a small team of five experience staff who ensure that the bank’s strategic and operational risks are sustained, and that the bank is fully compliant to relevant laws, rules, standards and policies.

The highest qualification Mrs. Francis holds is a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. Professionally, she is a member of International Compliance Association (ICA) after completing an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance, and a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). She is currently doing her Doctorate in Philosophy with UNICAF University in Zambia and specializing in Business, with expectation to complete early 2025.
