Applying and processing of the loan went well, I had to go through a long process before coming to DBS as I needed to obtain SIB’s approval for the Boat Charter.   With DBS, the only issue I experience was that disbursement took longer than expected and wishes that DBS works on this aspect. Otherwise happy customer!

It took three months to obtain all my documents and the loan was approved in a short period of time. The staff were very professional and until today I have not had any issues with DBS. It's a shame that DBS is only a development financing institution and have not diversified into a deposit taking institution. Now, my aim is to work towards paying off my loan so that I could come back to DBS for my other projects.

Satisfied with DBS, I waited patiently for the approval and the disbursement of the loan, though at the moment not all the funds have been disbursed.  My dream was to obtain a boat and I did, and I will work-hard to be able to repay the loan and to contribute towards the food security of our Country!
